My Newest Project...

I wrote a musical, and I want to invite y'all along for the ride

Substack has given me such an incredible outlet for my love of writing about Judaism. Y’all have been there with me for a while, so I want to share another project I’m working on.

I wrote the book and lyrics to musical.

It’s called Jewsical the Musical and here’s the tagline:

Jews are the People of the Book. It’s about time someone tells their story with jazz hands.

The Instagram account is @jewsicalthemusical, and that’s where it’s all happening: the origin stories behind the songs, the DNA of each number before there are demos, notes from the room, the whole messy honest process of a show finding its shape.

No cast album yet. Just the work, out in the open.
